BNZ-12 Concrete Encaustic Tile Equipment is a semi-automatic roll forming production line of encaustic tiles, designed for new potential markets. The concrete material of sand, cement and water goes through mixing, extruding, forming through the forming mainframe and then put into the curing chamber after being painted and varnished, and pile out in the warehouse after being removed from stripper. The system is automatically processed from the start of forming mainframe to the paint on the tile. Other steps are operated manually. If different types of encaustic tiles were needed, it only need to change the head of extrusion and mould. It is an ideal investment project thanks to its simple technological process, convenient operation and high efficiency from small investment.
