BNZ-30 Full-automatic encaustic tile roll forming machine is a large-scale production line for encaustic tiles, designed for the markets of large demand. It adopts an autommatic controlled system with microcomputer, producing 30 pieces encaustic tiles per minute. Its daily output is over 10,000 pieces. To meet the requirement of market, the system is used to upgrade the degree of automation in an all-round way, and increases the output on the basis of guaranteeing high quality of encaustic tiles. All the steps can be finished automatically except putting on and taking off the tile mold. It is a set of new concept production equipments with the adoption of new production technology.
